Joining a course

Enroll and pay

  1. Enroll & payPress "Enroll & pay online" → enter your name, email, mobile and a password → "Pay and enroll".
  2. Already have an account?Press "Log in" on the same page; after logging in you come back to the same course. Open →
  3. Payment methodsVisa/Mastercard, mobile wallet (Vodafone Cash and others), Meeza, Apple Pay, or cash at Fawry/Aman with a code.
  4. After payingYour account is active and you are added to your group automatically; your schedule and class link are in your dashboard.

Before you enroll

  1. Find your level for freeTake the placement test — it tells you your level and the right course. Open →
  2. Choose a courseThe courses page lists every course and price. Questions? "Questions? WhatsApp" is under each course. Open →

Questions & answers

Are my card details safe?

Yes — they are entered only on the secure EasyKash page; our site never sees or stores them.

Online or at a branch?

Both, depending on the group — shown in the course and group details.

The payment failed

No money was taken — try again with the same or another method.

Forgot my password

Contact the center on WhatsApp from the login page.

Your student dashboard

Welcome! Here you enroll in courses and pay, join your sessions, download materials, take exams and follow your attendance and payments.

Enrolling and paying

  1. Pick a courseOn the courses page press "Enroll & pay online" on the course you want. Open →
  2. PayEnter your mobile and press "Pay and enroll" — you go to the secure EasyKash page. Card details are entered there only, never on our site.
  3. After payingYou come back to your dashboard with a confirmation, and you are added to your group automatically — see "My groups".
  4. Payment methodsVisa/Mastercard (instant) — mobile wallet such as Vodafone Cash (confirm with your PIN) — Meeza card — Apple Pay — or cash at Fawry/Aman: you get a code and pay it at any outlet within the time shown; it is confirmed automatically.
  5. Transfer and receipt (if available)My payments: transfer to the InstaPay or Vodafone Cash number shown, upload the receipt photo and wait for approval.

The live class

  1. JoiningIf your class runs inside the website, a "Join the class" button appears in Sessions and on your dashboard 15 minutes before the start. Just press it — nothing to install.
  2. When you joinThe browser asks permission for your microphone and camera — press Allow. You join muted; turn the microphone on when you want to speak.
  3. ToolsMicrophone, camera, screen sharing, a chat where you can send files and pictures, quick reactions, and a "Raise hand" button — the teacher gets a notice and can let you speak.
  4. Before you joinYou get a get-ready screen first: see yourself, test the microphone, pick the camera, microphone and speaker — then press Join the class.
  5. RecordingIf the teacher is recording you will see a red mark at the top. The recording is saved onto the class and you can watch it later from Sessions.
  6. Breakout roomsIf the teacher splits the class into rooms you see "You have been assigned to a breakout room" and you are moved automatically — nothing to press. At the top you see the room name and the time remaining, and teacher announcements appear in the middle. When time is up you return to the main room by yourself.
  7. AttendanceYour attendance is recorded as you join — be on time so it is not marked late.
  8. ProblemsCannot hear? Check your device volume and that the microphone is allowed. Video freezing? Turn the camera off for a while or move closer to the router.

Sessions and materials

  1. Join a sessionSessions or Overview: "Join now" appears 15 minutes before the start.
  2. RecordingsAfter class the recording appears next to the session if the teacher added it.
  3. FilesMaterials: all files and links for your group.

Exams, results and attendance

  1. Taking an examMy exams → Start. The timer is running — submit before it ends, answers after the time are not counted.
  2. Your resultShown right after submitting; essay questions wait for the teacher.
  3. AttendanceMy attendance: every session and your rate.
  4. AnnouncementsNews from the center or your teacher appears in Announcements and on the overview.

Your account

  1. Edit your detailsMy profile: name, mobile, email, and change password (needs the current one).
  2. My paymentsPaid and remaining per group, each receipt status and each online payment status.
  3. LanguageThe ع / EN button at the top switches the language.

Questions & answers

The center added me to a group but I cannot see it

If your overview shows "Complete your payment", press "Pay now" — the group opens automatically as soon as the payment is complete.

I paid but it does not show

Open My payments. "Waiting for payment" with Fawry or Aman means you still need to pay the code at an outlet. If you paid by card, wait a minute and refresh.

The page stopped while paying

My payments shows a "Continue payment" button for 24 hours.

I lost the connection in a breakout room

Just join the class again — you go back to your own room automatically.

I want to go back to the main room

If the teacher allows it you get a "Return to main room" button at the top. If not, the teacher brings you back, or you return by yourself when time is up.

The payment failed

No money was taken. Try again or use another method.

I paid but I am not in a group yet

The center will add you shortly — your payment is recorded.

Forgot password / account locked

After 5 wrong tries the account locks for your safety. Press "Contact the center on WhatsApp" on the login page and they will give you a new password.

No join button

It only appears 15 minutes before the start.
